The Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine is specifically engineered for evaluating the external impact resistance of a diverse range of pipes (including PVC-U water supply pipes, sewage pipes, low-pressure water supply pipes, low-pressure water transmission pipes, core-layer foam pipes, double-wall corrugated pipes, and PE water supply pipes), plates, and rigid plastic sheets.
The product fully complies with the industrial standard JB/T 9389 Technical Specifications for Drop Weight Impact Testing Machines, as well as international standards such as ASTM, ISO, and BS--ensuring test results are accurate, reliable, and compliant with global industry requirements.

Equipped with a high-torque stepper motor, the machine achieves a maximum lifting speed of 250 mm/s--enabling a 2-meter lifting height in just 8 seconds for efficient test cycle optimization.
Adopting a multi-stage speed control algorithm, the machine ensures smooth hammer positioning with zero deviation, maintaining stable test conditions for reliable data.
The drop hammer tube is engineered via 3D modeling, integrated with exhaust holes to minimize air resistance during impact. It also features an enhanced hammer tube clamping structure to avoid structural failure and deformation of the tube, ensuring long-term operational stability.
Replacing traditional electromagnetic hammer mechanisms, the system adopts a high-force pneumatic structure--equipped with a 300N long-stroke double cylinder. The hammer surface is fitted with a rubber pad to ensure stable impact and prevent specimen damage. The pneumatic release design fundamentally eliminates cable fatigue and electrical leakage issues, while the pneumatic automatic locking mechanism guarantees safe and reliable operation.
